Leadgram Refund Policy
Every Leadgram payment comes with a 14-day refund guarantee. If the plan isn't right for you, ask for your money back and you get all of it.
The 14-day refund guarantee
If Leadgram isn't working for you, you can get a full refund of any payment, whether it's your first purchase or a renewal, as long as you ask within 14 days of the charge. No questions asked: you don't need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Pick whichever is easiest:
In the app: open Settings → Billing → Payments and click Request refund next to the payment.
Through Paddle: look up your order at paddle.net, or use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you.
By email: write to [email protected] from the address on your account.
Who processes it
Paddle.com is our reseller and merchant of record. It processes all our payments and refunds, so the refund shows up on your statement from Paddle.
The money goes back to the payment method you paid with. It usually arrives within 3–5 working days of approval, and never later than 14.
What happens to your plan
When the refund is approved, your subscription is cancelled and paid access ends. Your account stays, on the Free plan, and you can subscribe again at any time.
One self-serve refund a year
You can request one self-serve refund per account in any 12-month period.
Other requests, such as a payment older than 14 days or a second refund within 12 months, are reviewed case by case by our support team or by Paddle. Write to [email protected] and tell us what happened.
We may refuse a refund where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then it doesn't renew.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you. That includes the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and the UK, which you can use through the Paddle customer portal.
